"We stayed over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a better home for the holidays. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. It felt very homely and was beautifully decorated, with lots of character and lovely period features. Alex was exceptional - so kind, generous and genuinely thoughtful. She brought in our grocery shopping when we had to check in late and went above and beyond to help us settle in. Even leaving a present under the tree for our 3yr old!We couldn’t recommend Alex and her home highly enough and would love to return."

"A great house to stay. Well equipped (loved the fact that the kitchen cupboards are all labelled!), comfortable and lots of space. Really close to the sea with good parking. Would happily return. Owner was very quick to respond when we messaged before staying and very helpful."

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "
