"Great location with OK rooms. Not fully functional elevator and a lot of stairs to the 4th floor. A bit strange and not very intuitive breakfast setup - with a mix of serving some guests while others prepared their own food in the same place. Should be more separate and more information about what to expect here. I would not call this a "lovely continental breakfast" - and the cleaning in the breakfast room was not up to the standards it should be."

"Staff were Amazing I contacted them as we were taking part in the London to Brighton cycle ride and needed to get our luggage to the hotel as there was no luggage transfer with the event. "I was very happy I paid extra for a Seaview room, the room was large and the view fantastic. Great location, right on the seafront, lovely and easy walk to either Brighton or Hove. My only concern was the bath/shower, it was an over the bath shower that was very narrow and slippery, I was very concerned about slipping."
