"My sister and I moved to Bradenton when we were teenagers. We loved going to the beach on AMI. Now, 60, years later, we were looking for a nostalgic 3-day getaway. Cedar Cove was perfect for us. Small, quiet and friendly, it captured the old Florida vibe. We were in the Coconut Suite which gave us wonderful Gulf views and some natural beauty with palms and pines. We drank iced tea on the balcony while we watch the beach walkers go by. Then we just walked down there too when the sunset arrived. I watched a pelican diving for fish and the sandpipers racing the waves. I even swam out to the sand bar! I was surprised how well Cedar Cove had weathered Hurricane Milton. The pullout couch was actually comfortable. The full kitchen was a bonus. The designated parking space was appreciated. All-in-all we had a great getaway at Cedar Cove."

"Five stars isnt enough. From arrival to leaving, best in every way. Rooms are huge, full size kitchen, plenty of drawers, large family would love this. Large murphy bed for kids. Balcony is huge and screened. Night life in the evening, but it you prefer quiet, close your large glass doors and it is silent. Bright relaxing atmospher. Bathrrom is huge. Cleaning staff was beyond their duties. Very quuck with needs, cleans every day. Even offered to carry our luggage to our car. Please give them tips. Had i had more cash on me I'd of given more. Two minute walk to beach, five minutes to dolohin, sandbar tours, plenty of restaurants, some hidden away that are awesome. Trolly right across the street. Publix about 2 miles down the road. There is a pool, we didn't use it. They could charge more, it is worth more. "

"I booked Tortuga before the hurricane and did wonder what it was going to be like in March. Well , I had nothing to worry about. Beautiful rooms with everything you could need. The pool was beautiful and so we're the grounds. It was only after a couple of days I realised they were doing work on planted areas and then I realised the downstairs accommodation was still being renovated! Wow! They were doing it in such a way that you didn't even notice. No noise, no materials outside. What a fantastic job they are doing. Would definitely recommend it. Perfect place, perfect location.
