"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. "I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area."
