"Room was super clean, modern and fit me perfectly. The front desk staff Judith Katherine was super helpful when I arrived late at night. She explained everything in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She really went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and check in. House keeping was also very helpful since I didn’t want any service and they respected it. The night security guard was the sweetest always smiling and welcoming when I went in and out. Overall as a solo female traveler on my very first solo trip this hotel and staff was the best."
