"The hotel was great, staff great! The only downside for me and was not happy about it; I’ve tried them connect my rooms and when I called the guy who answered said “ OH WE DONT DO THAT HERE” Then when I arrived I asked the front desk and said they don’t connect rooms. But when I went into my room, it had the doors to connect to the room next to me. How could they lied about? Did I have to pay more? Was because the Expedia customers are not allowed to make such requests? God only know… didn’t get any option!"

"We were able to stay in a second floor room with a view of the mountains. We loved the balcony and the quiet view! Couple of items in the unit were showing some wear but we reported it as we left since it did not impact our stay. We really like this spot and plan to return again."
