I was pleasantly surprised by this property, after all it is a convent. The room was very clean though a bit spartan with a nice bathroom. It had all the modern conveniences (tv, etc...) and a comfortable bed. The staff was great and there was a lovely breakfast. The hotel is very safe. The apartment is clean and spacious, the building has it's own vibe and charm. Common space and kitchen for multiple apartments- have to note everything is new and spotless. Accessible location, street is not that clean and poorly maintained but has few cute breakfast places with good food. Overall positive experience.

Renato was so kind and helpful! He helped us with our airport transfers, best ways to travel in the city and even gave us a celebratory bottle of champagne when he saw it was my birthday!

Our family of five (3 teenagers) had the most amazing trip! The apartment is awesome, right in Rome. The metro is so easy to navigate and the stop is a short walk. There is an amazing coffee bar across the street. We loved being immersed in the culture from the moment we arrived. As Americans, we like our protein breakfast, so we were able to stock eggs etc. and cook right there. There is a market nearby with anything you need. The place was very clean and the lady that showed up to help us get in early was very nice. The Coliseum is in walking distance and the Grill/bar right across the street was nice as well.

Perfect! Clean, and comfy. Very well maintained. The host was welcoming and so helpful. Walking distance to the market, restaurants and metro. My husband and 2 teens stayed 4 nights while touring Rome and Vatican city. I would absolutely stay again.

We chose this place because of its location. They communicate quite well. Because of flight delays, Vincenzo worked with us for after hours entry to the B&B. The building is quite old, but that is part of its charm. That said it is very clean! Also there are lots of restaurants close by within easy walking distance.

Muy limpio todo y muy atento el anfitrión muy amable. Incluso tuvimos un percance y no pudimos hacer el check-out a tiempo y fue bastante comprensivo. Lugar muy céntrico muy cerca de una parada de bus y de metro.

Convenient location near two metro stops, and has a really nice gym.

Hotel was very modern, bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Elevator was very small and there are several steps before you get to the elevator. Would be difficult if you had a prblem with luggage and stairs. Bathroom is extremely narrow, but highly functional for one person to use at a time. Good shelving for putting toiletries in the bathroom. Refrigerator in the room was handy. Lots of mirrors and plenty of strage place for bags and clothes.

Facilidades para poder ingresar tus maletas antes del check in. Restaurantes cercanos, zona tranquila y cerca a paraderos de autobuses y metro. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión.
