"We stayed there just one week after its opening, and it’s clear the property has a lot of promise. The location is excellent, the design is tasteful, and the atmosphere is refined. However, as with any brand-new hotel, there are still quite a few operational kinks to work out. From service coordination to small details, you can tell the team is still finding its rhythm. While we enjoyed our stay, I couldn’t help but think it would be a more seamless experience after six months of fine-tuning. I look forward to returning once it’s fully up and running. "

No elevator and carrying heavy cases up a dingy staircase, and with a general air of dilapidation. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bathroom tiny. Again there was an unkempt and frankly unclean feeling, and after discussing the shortcomings with the agent, we decided to go elsewhere. "
