"Clean room, good size and well appointed. Didn't use hotel facilities and little interaction with staff so unable to comment here. Would definitely return!"

"Wir hatten einen Twin Room, der hell, freundlich und in gutem Zustand war. Auch das Duschbad war ausreichend groß und sauber. Einziges Manko (nicht nur bei diesem Hotel) war der raumgreifende Waschtisch um das Waschbecken, der für eher kleine Menschen sehr unpraktisch ist. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett und herzlich empfangen. Auch einen Platz auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz konnten wir ergattern. Ansonsten ist direkt gegenüber auch ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, sodass man Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich."

"Arrived after 10. No where to get a drink nor a snack. Staff very unhelpful in regards to even getting bottled water. Even though there was a vending machine within the pool area Sofa bed very uncomfortable Have stayed previously a few years ago which was definitely a better standard But will not rush back"

"The hotel itself is very nice, clean and well done. When we checked in, there was an issue with the a/c unit and instead of giving us a room that had a working ac, we found out the entire 2nd floor was without ac. We checked in late and they could've put us on a different floor but I think miscommunication with staff made the problems worse. No fans were avail either so we spent the night drenched in sweat. Breakfast was free and was excellent, laundry facilities were excellent, Parking however IS an issue at this place. Keep in mind everything closes early so trying to get a meal at a restaurant after 8 pm is not possible. We stayed two nights, spoke to the manager about the issues and they gave us 10,000 points to our membership with a written apology explaining the situation which I appreciated. Hotel needs to do a better job of informing front desk staff on issues so they know what to tell us when theres a problem. Not kept us waiting for over 2 hours to find out no fans were available. Nor was it a good idea to tell us to park in a handicap spot and then call us late at night to move the car. Proper communication is necessary for any hospitality operation to work"
