"Loved everything about our stay! The hot springs were awesome, the room was adequate, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the pools were great. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely return and highly recommend it."

"Room was beautiful, view was beautiful, gardens were beautiful. Love this hotel. The springs were lovely. This location is perfect, whether you want to use the hotel's springs or visit one of the other big complexes like Baldi or Paradise, which are a couple of mins walk away! The staff were lovely, shout-out to Julio, who was a star - kind and helpful. <3 As a lone traveller, it was great, but it would be a lovely stay for families too. Hope to return someday. :)"

"Simply beautiful "

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."

"The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive. "

"Beautiful property with lots of lush greenery. The sounds of the birds every morning were so soothing to hear from the porch. Arenal volcanic national park is nearby and there are so many hot springs around this hotel. "
