Very clean and quiet! So nice to have cleaners every day and breakfast every morning. We loved fabricio, give that man a raise!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English very well, which helps those without strong Spanish. The grounds are beautiful! The little hiking trail is fun and the multiple hot tubs with some privacy were a nice place to relax. They even serve food and drinks at the pool! The Staff here are AMAZING! We stayed for only one night before returning to SJO airport. We needed assistance with transportation and the staff here bent over backwards to make calls and help us. This property is clean and has a nice breakfast. The ONLY negative I would give it - the noise. If you cannot sleep with earplugs, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong booking La Fortuna Lodge.

Great hotel in Santa Elena. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Convenient location for visiting Monteverde and other reserves. Nice room, great breakfast.

Room was nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Nice view out back of room into the woods. We had a 7:00 am tour so we couldn’t utilize regular breakfast. They made us a sandwich, fruit, and juice which was appreciated, but if all that was done, they could have just as easily fed us normal breakfast a little early. Also, a little difficult to check out and still be able to access your car when you return. Overall, enjoyed it!

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the volcano when the clouds weren’t low. It was close to many things we did in the area. The grounds at the hotel are amazing. The tropical gardens that surround the guest rooms, paths, and pool make for a very relaxing stay. The rooms are spaced well apart and have a lot if privacy from the covered verandas. The views are incredible. The location is perfect for exploring and taking advantage of the many activities in the area.

This place is great There is nature all around. I very much enjoyed swinging in the hammock looking at nature. It is about a 30 minute walk to City center, but there are a few restaurants within 10 minutes. This is our third stay at Linda Vista, there is no other view like this around, waking up to the sound of birds and the lush green surroundings with a view to die for of not only a full view of the volcano but a breathtaking view of lake Arenal, this is this hotels biggest asset. Staff was super friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They came and cleaned our room daily and gave us fresh towels. Photos don't do justice to this property. Excellent stay in La Fortuna. The cottages are very well maintained, and the staff was kind and helpful. The area around the property is just very green and vibrant.

Suwa Villa Arenal is one of the best places at which I have stayed! We had four guests and stayed for four nights in mid-March. Beautiful rooms with an outdoor patio and chairs, and A/C. Extremely friendly reception and staff . I happen to have a small issue on my rental car and all jumped in to help. I was in tears of recognition and gratitude in front of so much friendly help.
