BUT renovations are in progress (though quiet throughout my stay), the staff was friendly and helpful, my linens and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the property felt safe. It was a great stay for my quick trip to the area. "

"Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. "

Amazing pool and bbq area. Shirt walk to American Airlines center. Ten minute drive tops to jay Bailey Hutchinson. Room very clean. " The couch in our unit for broken, it was almost impossible to get up after you sat down. Very difficult to determine the easiest and most convenient door to use. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We would definitely use this location again. "
