The villa is close to the beach. It’s Nice to rent a car so you can see the area. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby the villa as Well. "

"Friends and family joined me at this lovely villa for two weeks to celebrate a special birthday. I was so happy when we arrived. The location is perfect. The photos on the website were accurate. And more importantly the write up of the villa was spot on. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes) and many restaurants. Armação de Pera is very centrally located in the Algarve for day trips. The villa is very nice and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, cups, coffee maker, electric kettle, and numerous cooking pots and pans. Since the Villa can accommodate up to 20 people, there are two refrigerators and adequate seating. The pool area was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time outdoors there. I would recommend paying to heat the pool. All in all this was a fantastic place. I highly recommend it for groups. Communications with Algarve Vacations was excellent. I would definitely use them again."

"Lovely property, plenty of space ,had everything we needed and in a lovely location 5-10 min walk to beach ,town and restaurants ....Only down point is could of done with shade cover on roof top like in the photos ...no bbq on roof and spiral staircase to reach not so good for a toddler .....bits of the property looked tired but none of this should put you off a lovely property"

Olivia was very helpful at all stages with regards to the booking and villa, with Steven complementing that with the bookings for trips, I would reccomend the Boat trip to the caves. "The Algar is central to all the local bars, shops and restaurants. The apartments are basic and would benefit from updating but clean and provide a good base. We always chose a balcony view which allows us to eat and drink as we like if we don’t want to eat out, and certainly makes up for any basic amenities. Staff are always friendly and have been there many years . "
