Hotel amenities are great, and you can find local bars, eateries, and a supermarket less than 15 mins walk from the hotel. Old town is a 10-15 min drive away.
The walking bridge to Falesia beach was super convenient and I was very pleased with how easy the route was to access the beach.
I was slightly disappointed and shocked by the lack of female sanitary products available in and around the hotel. This is rarely an issue I face at other hotels.
I also would've appreciated knowing the reservation policy for the hotel restaurants, as they encourage that all reservations are made at least 2 days in advance. Unfortunately, this meant that the Italian restaurant at PortoBay Falesia was completely booked out by the time I arrived."
