"Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are generous size, clean and the complimentary breakfast was terrific! Our only issue was with the people smoking pot in the rooms around us because the smell in the hallway was overpowering and it wafted into the room when we opened the door. HOWEVER, friends stayed on other floors and did not have that issue at all. I would stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were excellent. The facilities are really well looked after. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. The beach was beautiful. Some others have complained about the price of food and drink and I guess in comparison to other parts of Portugal it may seem like that. It is a 5 star rating and we expected 5 star pricing for food. We enjoyed the buffet dinner although I thought there could be more hot options at dinner. We enjoyed the Lima restaurant for the wonderful staff. The food at Lima was very good but could have gone up a level to meet the hotel star rating. The regional wine suggestions were excellent in all restaurants and reasonable prices based on North American perspective. All-in-all the staff made the experience. "
