"Clean rooms the staff was friendly. The beach located by the hotel was stunning and beautiful. Many places to walk and eat and shops."

"Good hotel with an excellent location. However, room was but small and shower pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic however there was many places nearby with good value breakfasts."

"We got placed in a handicap room, which I did not book... I could not see my head in the bathroom mirror... otherwise the room was clean, the location is perfect.. right on the golden mile. There was music blasting from the room next door, the same background tune that sounded like a Dvd player tune, it was on a continuous loop and it was playing when we checked in and got ready to go out to eat aprox 1 1/2 hours, it was really irritating so I contacted the lobby and asked them to have a look at...

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio. Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank. Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre"

"We stayed in 561 and one of the issues we had was the noise from the outside. I know that isn’t the fault of the hotel but if you are a light sleeper it can get irritating. The other issue we had is when you do go down to the restaurant at busy times. Kitchenware is a bit light. As well as tables. You’re waiting for clean bowls and glasses and sometimes even tables. But on the other hand if the hotel is full it must be doing something right. If I haven’t mentioned anything. It’s pretty...

"Me aloje seis días y a sido impecable,la atención, limpieza, instalaciones y la comida super buena"

"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était correct ! La piscine au top ! Seul petit bémol, lors du nettoyage des chambres seul les draps et serviettes sont changés, un coup d’aspirateur serait nécessaire de temps en temps pour les cheveux, sables, petites poussières…ect"

"Excellent hotel, staff so friendly and nothing was too much for them"

"Good for the price."

"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be. The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it...

"Il cibo andava bene, la pulizia delle stanze assolutamente no e nemmeno il posizionsmento delle stanze. La nostra stanza dava sulla piscina (e quindi sul lungomare) e quindi fino a tarda notte c'erano molti rumori."

"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

"Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. "
