"Really easy to find, walkable location. Comfortable bed and decent shower - although the shower was awkward to get in and out of! Tonnes of sockets in the room for charging. The rooms aren't very soundproof. Decent range at breakfast and it changed slightly every day, they offered to make fresh Bosnian coffee every morning - do accept!! The breakfast room is small. The decor in our room could do with a freshen, a few scuff marks and some panelling in our room was a bit loose. However, the very best bit about the hotel was the staff - all of them are absolutely amazing!!! So friendly and helpful, tips and a genuine interest in how our day had been. Loved them all!!!"

"It is a nice boutique hotel right in the heart of Sarajevo's Old Town. The beds were comfy, but small for my tall husband. The room was quiet at night. The shower was nice and had a glass door, which we did not always find on our trip. The maid made the beds and provided fresh towels daily. The front desk was always helpful. The hotel has no elevator, which can be a problem if you have mobility issues. Walking out the door into Old Town was fantastic!"
