"The check-in process was great and she was amazing. Having access to the bar on the second floor was also wonderful. Everything we needed was nearby."

"Great view of the Atlantic. The water park is just a series of pools and hot tubs, with two water slides added on. It’s big, but nothing special. Check in was interesting. You check in at the office which is in a convention center across the street from the hotel itself. Good stay overall, our room had plenty of space for the whole family. "

"Wifi was great, All pools were heated which was a plus because it was really windy out. The beach is literally steps away. Room was clean we had a great view of the ocean. Kids had a great time. We will be back."

"No place did it say one pet per room. I had to pay the $75 "pet friendly" non refundable but then they said I will need another room for my 2nd 22 pound dog plus another "pet friendly" non refundable. Balcony was very small and below is were 2 stinking dirty pools and jacuzzi. Whole experience was misleading and sucked."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I especially loved the heated pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect at any time of day. The beach access was also a huge plus, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Overall, I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were friendly and accommodating No towels in pool area at times. No hair dryer in room. Elevators kept breaking down. Rooms could use updating. Great pools. Stairwells are hideous"
