"The room was clean and updated. It was well decorated. Its very family oriented and a beautiful resort. We didn't use the pool the the rooms overlook it and you can see how much everyone clearly enjoyed it. "

"It is definitely family friendly! Lots of activities for kids of all ages. The outdoor pool was loud our balcony was two floors above it, so we heard it all, even with the sliding door closed. We heard loud construction noise from morning until late evening. On checking in we were asked to purchase room insurance. When we declined we were told that a hold would be put on our credit card. We weren't aware that there would be a daily fee to park our rental car. The room itself was fine. It had a working oven & stovetop, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a selection of dishes, flatware & utensils. The bed was comfortable. The heating and cooling unit was quiet and efficient. Lot of drawers for storage. When we had an issue with a clogged toilet, maintenance responded quickly. The in-house restaurant, Loco Gecko, had good food selections; the food was tasty as well. Service was excellent. If you go, be sure to ask for a room higher up than the 3rd floor and ask about additional charges."

"I was appalled at check in one of the lady’s said room whatever needs whatever it was then said I don’t care just let them get mad and the other lady laughed. We were never greater we were waiting for the lady to finish what she was doing at her computer and a guy walks up and says ID that’s it nothing else. At first I didn’t realize he was speaking to us not I can help you ever here just ID several times. Not very impressed thankfully we were just there one night till we went to the other hotel."

"Staff were always friendly and professional. We stayed six nights/seven days at the Club Vacations on the beach (not across the street from the beach) Resort Cons: • Both showers sprinkled water. • No screens on door-walls or windows. It would’ve been cool to listen to the ocean from the suite. • No outside, fire-escape stairs from the balconies. • No resort lounge chairs on the beach. • The A/C would stay on for only a limited amount of hours. We had to get up in the middle of each night to put it back on. • No on-site restaurants, only a to-go cafe’ • No cleaning/maid service. • No room service. • One of the (outdoor) hot-tubs was closed all week. • The outdoor showers did not work all week (to rinse sand, salt or lotion off before entering pool) • In our reservation notes, it was stated we weren’t interested in listening to or taking a tour. They tried to change our minds at check-in and again during our stay. They did not understand “No, we’re not interested” and their persistence was annoying. Resort Pros: • Secured locks on the suite door. • Wristbands (for resort guests) were convenient. • Full, stocked kitchen with unlimited supply of dishwasher soap. No supply of kitchen cleanser. • Washer/Dryer set with unlimited supply of laundry detergent. No supply of fabric softener. • Spacious and comfortable suites. • Family friendly! • Location was perfect from attractions, shopping and restaurants. "

"Stayed in a three bedroom, three bathroom condo, it was really clean and comfortable. It was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 6 kids. Only issue we had was one of the bathrooms was not draining well in the sink and shower. It would drain super slow, they should maintenance it. The dishwasher also didn’t drain all the way. After running a cycle it was still some water in the bottom that didn’t drain all the way. Kitchen was nice and fully equipped with most anything you need. Tney did not have any paper towels or soap for the kitchen and def needed more trash bags for the kitchen trash. The game Room has air hockey that takes your money, there is no puck for table but they don’t have a sign up that it is not workable so it makes you put your money in it but cannot be played. Other than that we had a great time and would come back for another visit. "

"Kids had fun at all pool areas, rooms were ok, little small but the balcony view of ocean was amazing. Had 1 issue but staff was great and fixed the problem right away. We would stay at the facility again."
