"The property location was great. Right on the beach and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. The size of the room was good, having full kitchen was great. But the utensils were not good, no kitchen knife and when I asked they said I can go across the street and buy my own. The shower was so good but the shampoo was not, and when I asked for conditioner they keep giving me lotion. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again but definitely I will bring my own towels, toilitery, and kitchen stuff (spoon, steak knife, gloves, sponge) The gym was so tiny, the pool and hot tub area was so nice but very busy so I couldn’t use it. There was a coffee shop down in the lobby but closed afternoon It would be nice if we could get a coffee later on in the day too. The breakfast was very overpriced and very limited menu. Just do yourself a favour buy some eggs and make it in your hotel room and have it in the balcony overlooking the ocean!!! We only went to restaurant once and did not like it. "

"It was cold so we weren’t able to use the water slide and pool but overall I have no complaints for the services we did use. The food at the restaurant was good and surprisingly affordable for a resort. The staff was friendly. "

"The room was very nice. Large area. It took a while to figure out how to work the thermostat controls and get the temperature to a comfortable area. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom. The fireplace helped with living room heating. The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed. I did have a couple critical comments. Bei g on the 1st floor I could clearly hear the sales presentation of the other IHG owned property. It made sleeping in, virtually impossoble. So maybe theyre should be some thoughts about soundproofing the doors. The other crtical comment was the difficulty I had getting the tv to show, 'free' programming, such as Pluto or Tubi. I understand the pay to view items available but woth a smart tv you should at least be able to access free streaming content. Thats said, I would stay there again, luvd the location on the south beach."

"Most of the staff were nice. Room was very outdated and need some tlc, not really as shown. Kid threw up in the pool they scooped the puke and added more chemicals, barely any towels in rooms or pool area do construction during the day and was super loud"

"The women at the front desk is amazing! She was kind, caring, gave helpful tips about the area. She really made the stay! The room and property is in need of some updating! The vending machines were not working. The access to the beach is perfect! "
