"Room very outdated, dusty, and had a strong smoke scent. Beddings are ok but lumpy. Unfortunately the low nightly cost is an invitation for the less fortunate as evidenced by a couple that was squatting with their belongings and dog right outside the skyline hotel elevator. Will not be staying until this hotel makes a full makeover. "

"It was exceptionally clean. All the floral was fresh. The food was amazing. The staff was thoughtful and friendly. All the shopping was luxurious and high end. The bath tub was outstanding!! And the room itself was very comfortable, high tech and had an amazing amount of space thoughtfully planned out."

"Front counter staff seemed unhappy straight faced and not very helpful. My wife was standing in the check in line waiting for her turn, then the girl at the front counter looked over at my wife and just said,do you need help with something with a straight face. My wife and I are not expecting the red carpet treatment but a little bit customer service would be nice. Its not like my wife walked in asking for an application we are guest. I wonder why the property staff seem bitter vegas is the coolest place to be and people come from all over the world to visit. Not sure if I'll ever stay at this property again. With the smell of urine in my room and not offered a different room and property staff seemed angry, including the cashier after we tried to exchange quarters for dollars we were denied. That horse racing game is pretty cool. Anyway back to the drawing board I'll save my money and try another property when visiting Las Vegas."
