Lakeshore Park within one mile, and just 7 miles west to Geneva on the Lake! Conneaut Beach is 7 miles due east! Public Tennis courts and Harbor Topky Library across the street! Historic Bridge street is just around the corner within a half mile for dining and shopping! Fishing charters excursions and did I say close to wineries!

Lines and Lures Lakehouse is a cozy antique inspired family home featuring a Lake Erie view with a spacious front porch to enjoy lake views and breezes. Three bedrooms each featuring a queen sized bed! One full bathroom with a nice tub shower. New Samsung high efficiency washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Central air conditioning! Relax and enjoy dish television in the spacious living room and master bedroom. Wireless internet! Enough seating in the living room to comfortably seat 6 adults on comfy cozy genuine leather seating. Have your meals on a dining room table for six. The kitchen features a new samusung stainless refrigerator with ice maker, new samsung glass top range, microwave, as well as plates, silverware, drinkware, coffee maker, crock pot, pots and pans for cooking, and a keurig coffee machine. There is a decent sized enclosed front porch to catch those summertime lake breezes. Step out of the slider doors onto a 10 x 10 deck !

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay, the bedrooms each had a comfortable queen size bed, dresser, and closet. There are plenty of outlets throughout the house. A nice small deck, a long yard to a private parking slab. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. We had a fun time playing pickleball on the court across the street. Julie is a great host, responds quickly and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful stay

If you need a place to stay in Ashtabula, don’t think twice stay here! The property is super convenient to the beach and harbor area. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Julie could not have been any more helpful and communication was quick. We will be definitely staying again when we are in town!

Beautiful home away from home Location Location Location

We were on our annual sister (and husbands) getaway weekend. We loved the location for walking to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is lovely and has everything that you need. The host is very generous with towels and that was appreciated. The house is just like the one we raised our children in and we hope to return in 2025/.

GOTL WEEKEND GETAWAY

The property was more than what we could have expected. Great location, cozy, inviting, and CLEAN!! The hostess (JULIE) was outstanding and helpful thru our stay and helped with every question that we had. The access to the beach was very convenient and we were only about 15 minutes from so many wineries, attractions, and restaurants. This place was perfect for our dog as she had plenty of room inside and a perfect yard to enjoy. We are already looking forward to our return. Thank you JULIE!!!

A true GEM...

We turned a Girl Scout beach clean up into a GREAT weekend get away. This house way exceeded our expatiations !! It was so clean and fresh. The convivence to the beach , dining and shopping on Bridge Street is just a short walk away. Walnut beach is a fantastic beach one side is a traditional beach while the other side is more for the beach explorer. We found lots of beach glass during our beach strolls. The owner is very friendly and fast to get back to you with any questions. We would recommend this property to anyone and can not wait to go back :)

Clean, comfy, well stocked and well located

Ashtabula was a good meeting point for a friends get together halfway between upstate New York and Southeast Michigan. This place was very clean, comfy, well stocked, and communication with the owner was excellent. Best of all we each got our own bedroom and dogs are allowed. Across the street and down a long grassy hill is the expansive beach of Lake Erie. And across the street there are pickle ball/ tennis courts. We also really enjoyed going to the underground railroad museum across the street. It would be helpful to have a night table in all the bedrooms. (One of them did not have one.) It would also be nice to have an umbrella for the back porch. We sat on the back porch with our morning coffee until it got too sunny for us. But the nice covered front porch fit the bill for hanging out as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for our family vacation. The lake is right across the street and the house is close to many attractions. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals. The house was clean and had plenty of space for me, my husband, our teen and tween. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great weekend!

Julie was very communicative and the spot was great for our family! I made biscuits and sausage gravy and had all I needed to cook at my fingertips. I would definitely stay again!
