I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on.
