The apartment is easily accessible by the red line of the metro at the stop Metaksourgeio. Blue line metro coming from the airport can take you to Syntagma square,where the metro ride, red line towards Anthoupoli can take you at Metaksourgeio. On foot, from Metaksourgeio you can find the apartment in less than 5 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
Caring an intriguing history the area of "Metaxourgion" is considering to be , perhaps , one of the oldest
squares in the history of Athens. A neighborhood completes it self within the artistic aurora which can be
seen and felt in every street corner. Alternative cafeterias , small restaurants and tavernas , theaters ,
architecture and artistic events await you . A great location for exploring city life and blend in like a local.
Getting to know the neighborhood better , we do highly recommend to explore it.

-Mini Market at street "Theodorou Diligianni 30" within 7 minutes walk (450m) stays open until 11:30 pm.
-Supermarket at street "Chiou 48-50" within 9 minutes walk is another convenient store stays open until 9:00 pm.
However don't miss out exploring the Athenian Market. You can find all kinds of goodies, fruits and vegetables , meat and fish which you could have a taste on the spot . Small tavernas inside the market that offer nothing but a hearty Greek meal. The smells of spices will delight you. The ride will costs you nothing but 20 minutes walking from your location , although there are also transportation methods that can take you there.
Walking friendly , as has been said , all the cultural attractions of ancient Athens including Acropolis within a short walk.
Getting Around:
• From Athens International Airport ''El. Venizelos'' take the Blue Metro line M3 and disembark at “Syntagma” Metro station. From there, you take the Red Metro line M2 towards “Anthoupoli” and disembark in “Metaksourgio” station. The apartment is within 3min walking distance (210m).
• From “Omonoia” Metro station (Red Metro line, M2), you can instantly access the center of Athens and all the city’s highlights and landmarks.
