Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

She canceled at 9pm the night before!

I texted and called the owner the night before check in and 3 times before that day to no avail. The owner FINALLY texted me back at 9:05pm the night before my 5am flight to tell me that she is sorry for the inconvenience but the listing wasn't supposed to be available for my booking. I booked in AUGUST and she let me know the night before. I called VRBO and they couldnt find anything for me since it was family weekend. I was in a total panic and so very stressed. This could have been avoided and the property could care less. She never answered another text after canceling. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. Make sure you dont book on a busy weekend. You may be left with no place to stay. sad
