This newly renovated condo features all stainless-steel appliances, ample space for prepping dinner including a stainless-steel island and an outdoor bar area for cooking or making afternoon cocktails. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise off the living room deck. The public beach access is located on Dunes Avenue (one street over from Barefoot Ventures). You are also in very close proximity to local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Book your stay today at Barefoot Ventures and enjoy your slice of the Crystal Coast!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Photos do not reflect actual items on property. Next-door neighbors (Teens or College kids) partied and drank late into the night and we ended up having to call for police assistance. There appear to be bed bugs in the sofa. Otherwise, the kitchen was nice and the location was good.

Over all we had a great experience. Seems that the property is not exactly ready for rentals. There were some basics missing, light bulbs, no hangers. The kitchen is not well equipped. No blankets. No extra towels. No dish towels. Missing items made it hard to keep the place clean. The place itself is nice and allowed for indoor and outdoor privacy. We would stay again if some basics were ensured.
