Looking for a great family beach getaway?

This ocean block home has everything you will want. Quick access to the beach, the bay, golf course and 2+ miles of undeveloped beach. If you have never walked to the northern tip of Brigantine Island you are missing a special treat.

Our home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a large outdoor shower and multiple decks with ocean or bay views. The deck off the living room is great for morning coffee. The upstairs deck is very large and has seating for 10.

In the middle of summer parking at the beach can be a little challenging. Our home offers you two driveways so you can easily park 4 cars at any time.

Our home is at the corner of 12 Street North and East Beach Avenue.
You are minutes away from the casinos but our house is in a quiet family friendly area. Only a short walk away is a great family restaurant called the Pirates Den.

The house has two zone air conditioning and ceiling fans so you will be comfortable. Flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the three large bedrooms are equipped with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Internet service.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances throughout and plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses to support up to 8 people. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably.

The first floor has a center hall foyer.
The stairs up from the foyer lead up to a bedroom with a queen size bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, and open porch on the second floor. The living room has two very large windows - one 8ft window facing 12th street and a 9ft window with sliding door leading to a covered porch. There is a full bath off the hallway on the second floor as well.

The third floor has two large bedrooms with great views, a full size washer and dryer and a large bathroom with open jacuzzi tub/shower.

The master bedroom has a 4 post, queen sized bed and the bedroom leads out to the large deck with nice ocean views. You will also see great sunsets from this deck The second bedroom that has a California king bed, a twin bed and a sofa that converts to a full size bed (there is another twin bed mattresses in the closet if you need it).

We will also provide 8 beach tags and 1 adult sized coaster bikes to use during your visit.

We provide sheets for 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed and 1 California king bed. Please bring your own towels.
