"Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived till we left. Hotel was easily accessible from the train station, and walking to the Vatican took a few minutes. Hotel facilities were well maintained, and we appreciated having the air conditioner for warmer spring days. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping made sure that everything was clean and tidy each of the days we were there. Absolutely recommend if you're doing a religious visit to the Vatican, or just to Rome in general."

"We are truly impressed with our stay at this hotel. From checking in, we were warmly welcomed by Sam . During our stay, Giada was our”go to “ person who guided us through the metro and bus system. (It was a little challenging for us). She was so reassuring and kind. The apartment was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel is located a bit further out from the main attractions but with lots of transportation options nearby (metro and bus). In hindsight, I liked being a bit away from the chaos. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor was spacious. I liked the decor. There's even a small balcony with a table and chairs though I didn't use it. The size of the room was perfect. There was enough space to have my suitcase open flat and move around. The bathroom was a bit tight but ok. The shower faucet looked like it could use a scrub but everything else was clean and in working order. The glass on the tub/shower is not wide enough so expect a lot of water to splash out on the floor especially if you use the rain shower. There's a desk and chair in the room and a mini bar with a price list. I slept comfortablely on the large bed for my entire stay. The front desk staff were really welcoming at check-in and helpful with printing tickets. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in for 4 nights and I would recommend it if you don't mind being further out from the centre. "

"Good location. St Peters is an the end of the street! Also there is a station a 3 minute walk away in the other direction. Well organised for late check in although we didnt actually need it. Friendly staff. Marked down for using coffee pods - not very environmentally good, but use of the kitchen was nice and they did provide coffee and tea."
