"We had a 3 night stay before boarding our cruise ship. Staying here we boarded a Celebrity bus (extra cost through Celebrity CL) which was convenient. We arrived early before check in and at first our room wasn’t ready. About an half hour later our room became available. The room was very small with the bed basically on the floor. We woke up the next morning with about 20 ants crawling around the bathroom sink. We notified front desk staff and they had treated the area while we were out exploring. The next morning revealed only about 5 ants and a couple our last morning. The hotel doesn’t have an ice machine and getting ice from the bar staff was like impossible. Breakfast was not bad. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so I can’t comment. It’s a short walk to public transportation."

"Small hotel. The room sizes were pretty normal for an European hotel. Beds were comfy and the armoires were classy. The hotel felt cute and vintage and the terrace had an amazing view. It was walking distance from St. Peter’s Basilica and in a great residential location. The hotel was also on a little hill so it was a bit uncomfortable to climb after a whole day of walking. if you wanted to leave your suitcases at the hotel after checkout, you had to leave them in an open space by the elevator corridor which I don’t think was the safest. Also the keys to the rooms also had the safety box key on it which you have to leave at the front desk whenever leaving the hotel. There’s a city water fountain close to the hotel, convenient to fill our water bottles on our way down the hill to the bus stop or train station."

"The property is clean. The staff is helpful and you get good sleep because you hear little noise from the street. The only negative is that, while there is metro service after a 10 minute walk, you eventually end up taking taxis to get into town ( about 15 minutes away) and then return to the hotel."

"Our room was clean with simple basic furniture. The location was convenient for getting to historical sites by local bus or metro. We learned from reception that the money collected for these rooms rented out gets donated to an orphanage in the Phillipines which is very heart warming❤️ So if you are expecting the Hilton quality this will not be for you. We were happy with our 1 night stay and would come back again."
