"I was beyond surprised. In meeting the representative inside who was so warm and helpful and showed us to our room, to the room, which was great as was the bathroom, to the fruit platter…this was fantastic! The guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was always clean and well made up. It’s close to the metro, but Rome is also so walkable, that we ended up walking to almost every site and place we visited. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat....

"It was kept very clean. There was lovely free coffee and buiscuits every day. I could not get the tv to work as some nights we were exhausted with walking so wanted to just relax with a look at the news etc. I would definitely recommend as very near to all tourist attractions"
