"The hotel is very conveniently located just a few blocks away from the Vatican. I found the staff to be very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great! The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was incredibly small."

"The NH Collection Roma Giustiniano consistently exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Alessia (front desk) and Saadia (restaurant). Alessia was super nice and provided the best in class customer service. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our day. This hotel is a great experience, and we highly recommend it. The only thing we did not like was that the AC is centralized controlled and it felt warm inside the room without the option to adjust the AC to the desirable temperature. "

"Nice hotel within 10 minutes walk of the Plaza Navone area. Room comfortable, good shower with toiletries. The only downside for us was no tea making facilities in the room. But I suspect that is an Italian thing. Overall very good. "
