"Booked based on other reviews. Very clean and fabulous location . The room is spacious enough as many rooms in Rome are tight. The beds are ultra firm and pillows flat as many in Rome. Here’s the difference, Marco and Pierre at the desk which by the way, is operated 24/7, they gave such incredible personal service far above any other hotel we have been in n Rome. They make the difference!!We are touring all day and only sleeping there. The bathroom was recently renovated with a rain head. Bar in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Can’t say enough about Marco and Pierre. 5 star customer service!!!"

"It’s very closed to Vatican museum and St Peter Basilica. There are many recommendations for local foods. Staff is very responsive and helpful. One tip: the city fee will be collected by cash. They should mention it in advance. "
