"Visited for just one night to see Case Western. Perfect location - just couple blocks from the visitor center. It’s a historic hotel and beautiful inside. The service was amazing. So attentive and nice. We had a problem with our room and they were able to change out our room without any hesitation at all. Breakfast included and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed another night just to enjoy the hotel. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back some day! "

"We arrived earlier than expected, but Frank at the front desk was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Got us right up to our room no problem. I highly recommend getting a king bed corner room with a lake view! Property is clean and the coffee shop is better than any hotel I’ve been to. "

The food and drinks were wonderful and there were several places to sit and hang out for a game, read or bring a re ord to your room to listen! Our only complaint was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. We absolutely loved it! "
