You'll love the cool mid-century vibe and comfort of this spacious 3 bed 2 bath home. Located in Windsor Park just 1 mile to family-friendly Mueller and Dell Children's, 10 mins to UT & 15 mins to Downtown, Rainey & 6th St. Delight in the comforts of a home away from home as you cook in the well-equipped kitchen or throw some steaks on the KUDU grill. The fenced-in yard with comfy patio seating, a fire pit & a speaker system is perfect for hanging out. Workspace to WFH. Pet friendly (with fee)!

CONVENIENCE
We're conveniently located close to family-friendly Mueller where you'll find some restaurants, bars, and coffee shops like Torchy's Taco's, Halcyon, and Veracruz All Natural. Mueller has a great park to run around a lake and a food truck park! There's also an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema (a Texas fav!). From here you can walk to an Austin local favorite - Little Deli Pizzeria (#2 best pizza in Austin by Austin Eater).

A short drive will take you to the North Loop and Hyde Park neighborhoods for even more local flare like Foreign & Domestic (featured on DDD) and Home Slice Pizza (Austin fave!!).

This home is also a popular location for visitors of Dell Children's, only 1.5 miles away.

Hop on the highway which gets you straight to downtown and Rainey street in just 15 minutes.

COMFORT
After a day of exploring Austin, relax in one of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a California King Bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The living room has a smart TV to which you can connect your accounts like Netflix. There is no cable.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of cookware, dishware, dishwasher, toaster, blender and tea kettle. There's even a wine fridge! Plus a washer and dryer in unit.

PET-FRIENDLY
Fenced-in backyard for friendly, well-behaved pets up to date on flea, tick & vaccinations. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet, $30 per pet per day for short stays. For longer stays, $150/week for the first pet and $100/week for each additional pet.

Family Trip

We absolutely loved the home. Great backyard for the pups to play and the adults to sit and relax. Great area for morning walks as well. We will certainly stay again.

Austin visit

Couldn’t be happier with our stay, the house is just as pictured, very spacious, clean, comfy beds, and beautifully decorated. A quick drive to downtown Austin, it was just what we needed, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great!

We stayed here for a few days with our 2 dogs. The dogs had so much space in the back yard to play. The property was clean and had everything we needed with lots of room for 3 people and 2 dogs. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and was close by to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely be staying here again our next visit ☺️

Weekend stay

Everything was very clean and well equipped. We especially were pleased to have the use of a fully appointed kitchen as we cooked daily. One suggestion would be to add a few smaller pots to go with the large one you have currently. Very nice stay for us!

Wonderful stay!

Roomy and comfortable, this house was perfect for our group. The word everyone kept using was “cozy” and it was absolutely as advertised in the listing photos! The layout was perfect for having our toddler granddaughter napping in one of the bedrooms while we watched football games in the living area. It was fabulous and we'll be back!

Amazing house !

Pictures do not give justice to this house! Is more impressive in person. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, huge backyard. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip To Austin !

Great place to stay!

Wonderful location, close to downtown, Mueller area of town. Super clean, well appointed, super comfortable beds and linens. Great if you have dogs. Nice sized fenced backyard with comfortable outdoor furnishings, grill and fire pit. Close to high end HEB, coffee, and food. Darlene is a great host with super communication! We will stay again!!

Clean, well appointed house

We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely house. We stayed 2 days with our pet/dog. Great enclosed back yard with seating, coal bbq. Clean house, great king bed with nice bedding. Kitchen had a great selection of bowls and dishes and a lot of spices, cooking items (cooking spray, oils, sugar, etc). Location is great. We went to Sunday farmers market and walked around. Neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great home away from home in Austin

The property is located in a nice residential community with easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Very spacious and well-maintained home with plenty of outdoor space. The bedding in both the master and guest bedroom was very comfortable. The sofa was extremely comfortable! The television was already loaded with most smart TV apps with access available. The kitchen was stocked with essentials needed for our stay. Wi-Fi worked great since we were working remotely during the week. The neighbors were very friendly, and the neighbor was very quiet. Communication with the property manager was excellent and any questions were answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this home while staying in Austin.

Excellent house, nice location

I was in town for a big convention and was looking for a place close to where i needed to be but also in a good neighborhood with easy access to things... This house was the perfect fit... It is in a great location, easy access to get to downtown and the house itself is quite nice inside... very clean, stocked very well and the owner was great on communication... The house is definitely larger than it appears from the outside as well... It was comfortable inside and i travel quite often but this was one of the few houses that i slept very well in and my oura ring confirms that! I really have no complaints here.. the wife was not working but thankfully i was not needing it often because were out so much but the cell phone internet is quite spotty there so thats one thing to be aware but other than that, this was a house that i not only recommend but i will absolutely be staying at in the future

Clean and Quiet

This is a great house in a calm neighborhood, which is difficult to find in Austin. The home is clean and well furnished with lots of space for family. The fenced back yard is room with plenty of seating. Host is spot on with communication, expectations and prompt responses. This is our second stay in this property and is now our "go to" place when visiting Austin.

I stayed here with my parents, aunt, and husband to meet up with family in the area for graduation. The location is great and the house had plenty of space for us all.
