"Mattress was either too soft or defective, we sunk in the middle. Pillows just didn’t seem right couldn’t get comfortable. No way to turn the AC fan to run continuously it would on and off we get hot and then it will kick on and we get cold. No happy medium. Room was next to elevator shaft so noisier than normal. I’ve never had an experience like this at Drury before. I’m wondering if they put the Hotels.com guests into the lousier rooms since I’ve previously always booked directly with Drury and had great experience."

"Great location and hotel"

"Check in took a very long time. Staff seemed confused and struggled with the computer. Upon check out, I realized that I left some clothes hanging in the closet in the room. I messaged the hotel. No response. I called the hotel, he took my info and said he'd call back. That was five days ago-no response. For me the mattress and pillows can make or break a hotel experience, and although this hotel was about average in most ways, the bed was truly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I would definitely not stay here again. "

"We booked a pet friendly room. The carpet it in the room was dirty but expected for a pet room in a budget room. Furniture was functional but missing paint. Bathroom had hair human hair on the toilet. .again, it happens. I DID have an issue with the front desk lady. When we came in I rang the bell, she popped her head over the balcony and said something. Had no idea what she said. When she got down to the desk she said no dogs in lobby. This is NOT posted on the door, she did not mention it when we called 30 min earlier to confirm they did have a pet room. It was only visible on a sign once you walk into the lobby. We also had to go to the room through a different entrance. Their choice but it would have been great to know before we.got in the lobby."

"Room was very spacious. The stoves didn’t work. Huge fridge. We had to open windows to cool down the room because the a/c keeps turning off and doesnt keep the room cool enough. But for the price, can’t complain!"

"Bed was comfy and shower was hot. No complaints as I was passing through and just looking for a place to lay my head! Would stay here again!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves."
