"Mildew on the bathroom walls. Bathroom very small. Shower head was loose and could not be adjusted. Bed was uncomfortable. Refrigerator did not get cool. "

"The place smells. The employees smoke outside the side door, this fills the hallways and elevator with cigarette smoke. The towels, sheets and shower curtain all had stains. The towel rack was falling off the wall. I would not stay here again. "

"Safety concern with malfunctioning elevator. Was stuck on elevator twice. Come to find out the staff would reset the elevator and claim that is was fixed. Other families experienced the same situation. Safety concern with turning lights off in pool area when there were children in the pool. I had just left the pool area to go to the desk to get more pool towels. Minutes after I returned all of the lights turned off while there were kids in the pool with no warning. I fear that there could be a serious incident in the future at this hotel. "

"The pool was cold and cloudy. No towels. Asked for another towel for our shower and couldn’t get one asked for another blanket for the pull out. Gave me a sheet "

"Great gym!! Staff superb!! Especially the dinner/breakfast help & manager. Extremely clean facility. More than friendly staff, including tge cleaning gals! Love this place!!"

"The pool was closed due to health code violations. Wish I had known since I had kids with me. Staff was friendly. There are restaurants walking distance and a mall close by. Floor in the room had a weird stain on it and the beds were hard but other than that it was all clean. They did try upgrading my 2 queen bed room to a king but I don’t see how that is much of an upgrade. "
