"My stay at Baymont by Wyndham O'Fallon St. Louis Area was ideal as the room was large with a couch + mini-fridge + microwave. The location was super great as I have relatives not far away & every major brand store or restaurant are all close by within in a 5-8 min drive. The main reason I picked this hotel, besides price-point. The room was clean, staff was nice and responsive and was a simple and easy check-in and check-out process."

"Nice people but it’s been almost 2 weeks since a refund was supposed to reach my account already but still has not. Supposedly released on Sept. 3rd the day we spoke face to face but have yet to receive refund on a room and security deposit. Don’t like that every time I call their number then click option 2 the phone always hangs up no matter the day or time. Please if anyone at the hotel working there can see this review please try to reach out to me so we can resolve this or know what’s going on."

"Room was clean, however the room had a damaged lock, shower rod, the toilet wouldnt stop running, and there was staining on the walls by the closet door frame. I also did not have a remote to the tv in the room. Room 129 Sheets were clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were excellent! Reechie checked me in and she was pleasent, engaging, and kind."

"Room was nicely decorated and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Only downside was air conditioning loud with a scratching sound with blower"

"Very clever and beautiful use of an old school and church. Everything was excellent. Breakfast at Abbey Cafe was great! Staff was extremely polite and helpful! We are going to visit again soon!"
Radisson Hotel Fairview Heights - St. Louis

"Always a nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, ample parking, and well managed the several times I've stayed. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area. Large cornfield in the back. Do not hear any traffic. One of the reasons I like staying here. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the stay, But, I'm a coffee drinker for breakfast, so no issue there for me"
