"We were very impressed with this property, super clean and comfortable. Beds were just right for my wife, but a little soft for me (not a problem). House has no traffic noise and is very easy to get to from downtown and Rt 4. All in all, I highly recommend this property for extended stay."

"We really liked this house. It is right next to the interstate, so it is a bit noisy, but that quiets down overnight. It isn't within walking distance to the business district of Soulard, but it is a very easy drive anywhere. We went to the Cards game, IKEA, Fitz's, and a great brunch on Sunday morning. And the price was great!"

"The property was not exactly what I was expecting. It's in an up and coming neighborhood. I felt safe and we were close to a lot of places. There were some minor cleanliness issues but nothing big. There was some type of powder on the edge of the bathtub (could have been Comet), the floors had not been swept and the trash can was half full. It's an old building so there was no expectation of hotel level spotlessness. The beds were hard as rocks. The character of the building was a plus for...

"Very quiet neighborhood and good roads to St. Louis and Swansea rendezvous. Hosts had coffee and some cold beverages in the fridge. VERY THOUGHTFUL. "
