    The master bedroom features a queen bed with a private ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 offers a comfortable queen sofa bed — ideal for kids, a third couple, or extra guests. All bedding is hotel-quality and freshly prepared for every stay.

    You're right in the heart of Avoca Beach — and everything is walkable. The beach is steps away, Avoca Beach Picturehouse is around the corner, and the village cafes and restaurants are all within easy reach. Once you arrive, you won't need to touch the car.
