Not a lot of interaction with staff but what there was was pleasant and helpful. I guess my biggest concern was what would happen if the lift broke down as I certainly couldn’t have managed the stairs. No tea (or other hot drink) making facilities, but that’s not the end of the world."

"Ibis is well situated for the centre of Angers but lacks easy loading/unloading now .Paid parking is about 200 metres away but is often full . Rooms are small but comfortable; linen provided is just about acceptable unless you are a large person !"

"very clean, modern spacious room, staff friendly, bar was good with reasonable prices. We arrived on a Saturday and the restaurant was shut! which was a shame as it looked nice and the menu looked good. Would recommend this hotel and we hope to return "
