"Near Dodger Stadium and although the area is a little sketchy, we felt safe walking around and to and from the ballgame. Only real problem was check in. The email that we received with instructions was garbled. We had some anxious moments locating and getting in to the property. Very adequate for a two night stay. "

It was a great size for my partner and I, the kitchenette and fridge allowed us to bring our own groceries, and Juan left plenty of resources for our use (toilet paper, towels, utensils, etc). It’s located nearby a variety of stores and fast food chains, the mall, and is conveniently close to downtown LA and Hollywood (we went for Universal Studios:). Private entrance is also great, made the check in process smooth!"

I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus...

"This "Tiny Home" was a fun retreat in a camping trailer sized Cottage with all the amenities of a regular home. Fully stocked with all amenities to cook regular meals, do laundry, TV, faux functioning fireplace and small hot tub which all were made use of without issues. Support for any and all questions throughout the weekend were quickly answered. A minor detail that may seem trivial but was nice to realize was the ample outlets throughout the unit. "I hesitate to give this 5 stars because I want it always open for my family trips. But it’s perfect for a small group. Close to everything in the valley. Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in."
