We were lucky enough to have the deluxe family room which has a huge balcony overlooking the city. Jim is an exceptional manager. Always friendly and helpful. Organised our tours and transfers and we were never disappointed. "

"The Lotus Boutique was an excellent establishment. They were incredibly helpful with booking the best tours I've been on. We went to Halong Bay and SaPa from Hanoi and even though we only stayed one night at the guesthouse, they arranged for our travel for 4 days, offering to hold our bags and driving us to the airport. The staff was really friendly, always available and extremely helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. I was amazed as how little i paid for such great accommodations and service. "Staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and there was so much variety of food to choose from. I would highly recommend the spa treatments as well as just chilling by the pool. At night you could see the train coming to the train street.
