"The Lotus Boutique hotel is superb in every way.the staff are friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They could not have been more helpful and let us leave luggage while we went to sapa,then let us shower when we came back. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities provided. The location is excellent and you can walk to all tourist locations. Many thanks to Anna for all their help. A real gem of a place."
