The room was everything I could ask for after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was set up well and had everything you could want. Finally the location is perfect being located in the hussle and bussle of it all in a busy street there is always something to do or see. I would definitely stay here again :). "

"My stay at the Lotus Boutique was great the staff where very attentive and happy our room was large and with a great view over the city . The staff where fantastic Helpful and very nice always smiling and happy to be around We got the room we booked and it was clean and well appointed Very clean bathroom Cleaning staff did a great job each day , Front of house where always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great fresh cooked eggs and pho Fruit was great and fresh made coffee The best Would recommend anyone coming to Hanoi this hotel."

"The best is the staff always kind, if you want to do anything contact them and they will help you even if it is at another city, they take us to the train cabin so it was easier, also give us lunch for all activities"
