"The check-in, breakfast, location, staff, all were great. The general manager and his assistant were always around and helping us about Hanoi. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast with western and Vietnamese choices was great. Rooftop bar for a drink or two had wonderful view. Location was central. Walking distance to lake Kiem. Loads of places to have dinner and Hanoi beer. It was a great hotel to stay in Hanoi and feel at home. It was the staff who made it so wonderful. "

"The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."

"It's centrally located, and we had a room for $55, which was great for this place.The staff is very friendly although we arrived at 4am in the morning. We were given a room to take a shower until our room was ready. Sulli from the reception was very helpful with information and tour bookings. She gave us a great deal for our Bai Tu Long bay tour. Breakfast is excellent. We spent 1 month traveling in Vietnam and this hotel was the best we tried so far. "
