We arrived very late (after our original other hotel booking was a disaster, had to find a place very late at night). Ms Hang took us happily in, guided us where to get this good food at such late hour, gave an amazing, tidy, Western standards room. The downside is breakfast is shared with another hotel, their buffet not great, but one can always order a fresh omelette or noodles, not eat the buffet. Or there are many street cafes. Located on a side street so not very noisy (all of Hanoi is noisy). We booked 1 night, but actually stayed 2. "
