Welcome to the modern and cozy Hotel Saline 1822.
Inspired by the typical elements of Bad Rappenau—salt, water, forests, and meadows—the hotel welcomes vacationers, wellness guests, and business travelers with a warm welcome in the beautiful Kraichgau region, right next to the RappSoDie sauna paradise.

Enjoy the sweet idleness and get ready to relax—either in the RappSoDie sauna area, awarded 5 Wellness Stars, or at the nearby Badewelt Sinsheim, just 20 minutes away.

Experience the diversity of Bad Rappenau and its surroundings. Whether it’s golfing on the 18-hole course, hiking along the Neckarsteig trail, Nordic walking on well-marked trails, or inline skating on a specially designed loop—there’s something for everyone here. Explore the region by bike along the Salz und Sole Bike Trail or the Neckartal Bike Trail. As a certified “Bett + Bike” establishment, Hotel Saline 1822 offers special services for cyclists.

Refreshingly traditional and unpretentious—that’s the vibe at our SALZWERK restaurant. Here, our guests enjoy creative, varied dishes made with the finest regional ingredients, paired with a delightful selection of wines. In addition to an incredibly cozy fireplace, we have a chic bar and a terrace for all sun worshippers. In the summer, the restaurant blends seamlessly with the terrace, and the indoors becomes the outdoors.
