"We loved the location and view. The property is located at the banks of the three rivers with 24 Hr access to the river and it’s banks.. it has 2 markets on either side of the property.. the gas station and eateries are nearby … they are in a walkable distance… What we did not like was that few of the necessary appliances did not work property such as out of 4, 2 burners worked… the ceiling fan has light which cannot be shut off at night without shutting off the fan.. the back side of the ac is open which means it is unsafe for kids .. the patio was unkept and dirty … "

"Cabin had comfortable beds and thankfully plenty of fans. Unfortunately ran out of toilet paper first night. Host voicemail not set up and no instructions for Wi-Fi password or TV dish. Friendly cats on the front porch. Keep in mind front door could lock behind you. Nearest grocery is 45 min at a Valero gas station. Excellent food at Pinehurst Lodge bar and grill on the way to/from Sequoia. Minor issues aside we enjoyed our stay at this peaceful cabin."

"The Gateway was a fantastic place to stay for visiting Sequoia. The little cabin was perfect for 2 people and we had a balcony overlooking the river which was a lovely bonus. Plenty of space in the room and a lovely queen bed with a great mattess and pillows. The bathroom was a little cramped and the light above the mirrow did not work. The shower was small with a non-adjustable shower height and it was hard to get the water temperature balanced. The restaurant was lovely, recommend to eat on the deck over the river."

"The place is quiet. I love that the place is only 30 mins away from Kings Canyon. There is also a Dollar General store across so you can always drive back and forth for some necessities. Pet friendly, with very minimal fee. Bed was comfy, room was well kept with quaint designs, makes you feel at home. It will be nice to have more coffee selections, the coffee had in our room was blah. Overall it was an awesome stay!"

"Really special little gem. We were greeted with friendliness when we arrived. We spent most of the evening swimming in the outdoor pool, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room is cozy and smells nice and clean. The beds are more firm, which I like. Everyone slept well. I would love to stay here again if I’m in the area."

"I make a mistake reserving and the owner call me back n in less than 5 min, and help me to resolve my problem, place is clean, very easy to follow instructions to get our room and cabin."
