"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

Staff was lovely and very helpful, especially Giacomo (the hotel owner?) who was very welcoming and provided great dining recommendations. Restaurant food is great and accommodating for dietary requirements. Only downside is that the beach is basically inaccessible, you can’t even see it.
