A large buffet breakfast selection starts the day, and a glass of wine at the pool area is a welcome rest at the end af the day. Every staff member is cheerful, helpful and accommodating. "Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "The hotel is beautifully located on a mountain with lots of forest. The staff was friendly, the room well equipped (although a minibar fridge would have been nice), and we liked the breakfast buffet. Actually, everything could have been perfect, if it wasn't for the incredibly noisy room. When people walked on the same floor, or even worse, on the top floor, it sounded like somebody was walking on high heels on a metal catwalk right through our room.
