"We stayed for 10 days and I must say the stay was incredible. The front desk staff was great and accommodated all our request. The place felt safe and comforting. We decided to give Old Toms a try and it’s pretty expensive for what it is and the staff that work in there aren’t the friendliest but overall everything else was incredible and I would stay at this hotel again."

"So nice and convenient when my flight got cancelled at the last minute. It's tucked away in terminal E so had a little hard time finding it but eventually I did. I didn't have my luggage and was only going to be in the room for 8 hours but it was clean and had shampoo and body wash which is all I needed. The hallways although clean seemed dated so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the room and saw how nice it was and more updatesd. I had a 515am flight out of the D terminal the security entrance was right at the base of the lobby which was extremely nice. Would definitely stay here again if needed as it's so convenient and does the job. Would stay elsewhere if I was coming to Miami for vacation as that isn't the intended purpose of this hotel."

"It’s was our first time staying at an embassy suite and I will tell you that I will return. The room was large and clean although a bit worn. Shower and amenities were amazing! Having an array of free snacks and drinks in our premium room made it worth it alone. Breakfast was also fantastic! The juices were great, coffee delicious, made to order omelette a were a stand out. My partner said it was the best bacon he has had at a breakfast buffet. The staff the next day for our transfer to our cruise was a well oiled team and we appreciate it! The only con was the night before our service was slow in the bar but it might of just been an off night."
